Tapas Dining
Dining, tapas style, is derived from the Mediterranean part of the world. It was thought to be an indulgence of many small plate samples to dine on throughout the evening, rather than a ‘one plate’ meal, and done.
Small plate dining was something I wanted to share with my friends, not only in my home, but for my many social media friends who may never dine in my home.
I spent the better part of a year gathering, testing and photographing my favorite small plate tapas dishes, both savory and sweet. Finally I compiled them in my first cookbook, The World On My Plate. I hope you will treat yourself to this hardcover cookbook, the size of a tapas napkin!
