Food is a very personal thing. Seeking out new flavors, and new ingredients to cook with is an ancient practice. In fact, wars have emerged over it. Lucky for us now, we don’t have to go far to find just about anything we could want to cook with. But, how we want it cooked… well THAT is still a very personal thing!

Every meal tells a story. The seasons, the source, the people gathering that inspired the creation of any particular meal. But food, for me, likened to a great story that unfolds on a theatre stage, depends just as much on the setting as it does the delivery. Ambience. It sets the mood, the stage, as it were. And so while the WHISK is the tool used in my kitchen to prepare the meal, the ambiance created to DINE, is what will be remembered long after the meal itself has been forgotten.
