Ingredients
3Red Clover Blossom Stalks and Leaves
2 1/2cupsWater
1tbspHoney or other sweetener
Instructions
In a small stainless steel pot, bring water to a boil.
Rinse the red clover blossoms and leaves and drop them in the boiling water, lower and allow to simmer for 5-minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to steep for 10-minutes more. Add honey, cool and store in a closed container in the fridge for up to 1-week.
