Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender, food processor or in a deep but small bowl and use an electric hand mixer. Puree until the texture is creamy, adding water as needed to obtain the desired consistency.
The tahini dressing is ready to use, or store in an airtight container and kept in the fridge.
