Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients well until it comes together into a dough ball.
On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, place a spoonful, rolled into balls, press flat.
Bake about 12 to 14 minutes, until the edges just begin to darken.
Store in an airtight container once cooled.
