Comfort A Cold Wellness Popsicles Naturally
Citrus, ginger, chili peppers, honey, a little booze and herbs; frozen in a popsicle mold, for natural medicine and comfort.

Lemons
juiced

tbsp
Fresh Ginger
grated

Chili peppers
chopped

tbsp
Sugar

tbsp
Honey

Thyme sprigs

Gin or Vodka
optional
Water
enough to make 3 cups liquid total
Instructions
Place the lemon juice, ginger, peppers, sugar and 1/4 cup of water into a small pan. Bring to a boil.
Drop in thyme and simmer for 5 minutes on low. Remove from heat and stir.
Add honey and alcohol of your choice. Stir. Cool and strain. Add enough water to measure 3 cups total.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 4-hours or overnight.
Gently remove and store in airtight containers.
Notes
To strengthen the power of these wellness popsicles, puree the mixture and then strain. It will be stronger in taste but certainly stronger in aid.
