3Egg whites
1/8tspCream of tartar
1/4cupSugar or other sweetener
2cupsAlmond flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking sheet.
Start to whip the egg whites. Once the egg whites become frothy, add the cream of tartar and continue to whip.
When egg whites start to come together, and look light, slowly pour in the sugar while whipping and continue to whip until they stick to the beater. Fold in the almond meal.
On a parchment lined cooking sheet or silicone macaron sheet, place 12 dollops of batter on the sheet.
Bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
