Ingredients
1 1/2cupsPotatoes unpeeled and cut into cubes
1Garlic clovecrushed
1/2tspSea salt or to taste
2tbspFresh Oregano leaves lightly chopped
1tbspCoconut oil melted, not in microwave or high heat
Instructions
In a medium size pot, boil the potatoes, lid on, about 10-minutes or less. You just want them lightly soft but not over cooked.
Remove the potatoes from the water. Pour the melted/softened coconut oil over potatoes with the salt, garlic, and chopped oregano. Toss, and eat.
If this is for a child, you can cut the proportions in half, but this remedy is most affective when made fresh, and not warmed up. So, portion as your needs require.
