2 Heat proof serving glasses
Ingredients
2Chai Tea tea bagsor black tea with chai spice
1tbspSugar
4cupsBoiling Water
3tbspCream or non-dairy
2shotsBourbon roughly 1/3 cup
Instructions
Pour boiling water over the tea bags in a heat proof pitcher, and allow to steep 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags, add sugar and cream and stir to dissolve the sugar.
This step can be done in advance, kept in fridge and heated when ready to serve.
Add the bourbon just before serving, whisk and pour into heat proof serving glasses.
