Eggs, for me, are always a meal: Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. This fast and easy quiche can be prepared in a large pie dish, using your favorite pie crust, or store bought (if time is in your way), and these simple ingredients.
Makes in large, or 4 mini-quiche
- Pie crust – My favorite pie crust, simply omit the sugar! Pie Crust
- Eggs – 6 beaten eggs
- Camembert Cheese – 4 ounces
- Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
- Thyme – 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven 350
Mix ingredients and place in the pie crust. Bake until crust is golden, and egg is firm in the middle. Serve with a salad and call this one healthy, fabulous dinner!
