THYME QUICHE

Eggs, for me, are always a meal: Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. This fast and easy quiche can be prepared in a large pie dish, using your favorite pie crust, or store bought (if time is in your way), and these simple ingredients.

Quiche Ingredients

Makes in large, or 4 mini-quiche

  • Pie crust – My favorite pie crust, simply omit the sugar! Pie Crust
  • Eggs – 6 beaten eggs
  • Camembert Cheese – 4 ounces
  • Garlic – 1 clove, crushed
  • Thyme – 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven 350

Mix ingredients and place in the pie crust. Bake until crust is golden, and egg is firm in the middle. Serve with a salad and call this one healthy, fabulous dinner!
