Cabbage & Apple Salad Ingredients
- 2 apples, shredded (it is fine to leave skins on)
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- ¾ cup raisins
- salt & pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, preferable apple cider
- 1 tablespoon mustard (any type you prefer)
In a bowl, toss the cabbage, apples, walnuts, seasoning, and raisins together. In a small cup mix the lemon juice, oil, vinegar, and mustard together. Add to salad and toss to coat.
Ready to serve this delicious meal!
